- 50 ml Parson Sunny Gin
- 20 ml lime juice
- 20 ml passion fruit puree (FUNKIN or PONTIER)
- 15 ml MONIN vanilla
Passion fruit and a glass of dry champagne
Add the ingredients and ice into a cooled shaker, mix well. Strain the cocktail twice into a chilled coupettte glass and decorate with passion fruit and a glass of dry champagne.
The aroma is dominated by passion fruit and vanilla, joined in flavour by other tropical fruits of gin. In the aftertaste, gin comes to the forefront, where vanilla subtly connects all of the flavours of this cocktail.
