Sunny Bee

Ingredients

• 50 ml Parson Sunny Gin
• 20 ml lemon juice
• 20 ml honey syrup

DECORATION:
dehydrated lemon

PREPARATION:
Add the ingredients into a cooled shaker, add ice and mix well. Strain the cocktail twice into a chilled coupette glass and decorate with a dehydrated lemon slice.

FLAVOURS:
Aromas of candied lemon and honey spill in the cocktail into gentle honey and tropical flavours. This cocktail is sweet and sour in just the right amount, and after every sip, a hint of honey with tropical fruit stays constantly in the forefront.
