  • 50 ml Parson Sunny Gin
  • 20 ml lemon juice
  • 20 ml honey syrup

Add the ingredients into a cooled shaker, add ice and mix well. Strain the cocktail twice into a chilled coupette glass and decorate with a dehydrated lemon slice.
