Not So Classy Mojito

Ingredients

• 50 ml Parson Classy Gin
• 20 ml lime juice
• 20 ml sugar syrup 1:1
• 6-8 leaves of mint
• soda

DECORATION:
A bunch of mint leaves

PREPARATION:
Pour gin, syrup, lime into a chilled tumbler glass and add mint, pressed gently in a jar with a wooden spoon and brown sugar. Add ice and pour soda to reach the top of the glass. Decorate with a bunch of mints, which is beforehand lightly ‘woken up’ with a punch to the palm.  

FLAVOURS:
The freshness of mint is what awakens all the senses while drinking this cocktail. Citrusy Classy gin goes well with lime juice and mint, which remains in the aftertaste together with the classic and strong character of gin.
