• 30 ml Parson Classy Gin
• 30 ml Campari
• 30 ml sweet vermouth
Pour the ingredients into a chilled low tumbler glass, add ice and with a spoon stir for about 50 turns. Add some ice, enough to reach the top of the glass, and decorate with the squeezed orange peel.
The aroma is dominated by orange hints that spill over into citrusy flavours, elevated by Classy gin in Campari. The taste is sweet & bitter and elegant. Bitterness, aromatic sweetness and a desire for a new sip all remain in the aftertaste.
