- 50 ml Parson Grappy Gin
- 20 ml lemon juice
- 20 ml egg white
- 15 ml MONIN bergamot
Add gin, lemon and syrup into a cooled shaker, in the end, add egg white. Shake well without ice. Add ice and shake again. Strain twice into a chilled Collins glass. Wait 30 seconds for the foam to harden and pour soda for the crown of the cocktail to look over the edge of the glass. Perfume the foam with lemon peel, which is after discarded.
The citrusy aroma of bergamot and the view of this cocktail tell us we can expect a full and fresh cocktail. Jurka grapes are at the forefront of the palette, while bergamot provides sweetness that perfectly blends with the silky texture of this cocktail. The aftertaste remains citrusy and full of fresh Jurka flavour.
