  • 50 ml Parson Classy Gin
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 15 ml rose syrup
  • Dehydrated hibiscus leaf
  • Splash of champagne

Persian rose flower

Add all ingredients except champagne into a cooled shaker. Shake well and strain twice into a chilled coupe or flute glass. Add just a splash of champagne and decorate with dry rose flower.
