  • 50 ml Parson Cosy Gin
  • 20 ml lemon juice
  • 20 ml egg white
  • 15 ml demerara rich syrup (2:1)

Dehydrated apple slice


Add gin, lemon and syrup into a cooled shaker, at the end add an egg white. Shake well without ice. Add ice and shake again. Strain twice into a chilled low tumbler glass with ice.

The aroma is accompanied by sweet hints of apple, which are at the first sip joined by winter spices and the sweetness of the syrup, all framed perfectly on the palette by the silky texture and feel. The aftertaste is long with spices and apple, lasting until the very end.
